At some point, it just becomes a habit to them, even when it is not weaponized. I apologize if this became a lengthy rant, but if you made it this far, I hope I made some sense while trying to describe this subtle trick that is frequently used by dishonest people who are trying to mislead you or hide something from you. Everything is an act! I've been onto this and other techniques she uses (and victor does too) but I never got around to typing all this out until now.

She's manipulative, tricky and a natural performer. The woman is a true scam artists, through and through. The idea has already been "approved" and the footnote gets discarded by your mind. By the time she gets to the end of the video - after ranting and digressing and sidetracking and performing for an hour - all while dropping these breadcrumbs along the way - the explanation never comes. It's all double-speak, designed to be intentionally misleading and confusing. She doesn't have to bother connecting the dots. The statement never gets revisited or integrated into the story as promised. Then we file it away as "True" or "real" even though the explanation never actually comes.

She'll start alluding to something or making and interesting point but instead of getting directly to what it is or why it's important, she quickly says "I'm going to explain that part later" or "I'll get right back to that in a minute" or "You'll understand (whatever it is) soon", "this will all make sense by the end". If you have been watching her carefully for years, you know she uses this speaking technique that every scam artist knows.
